Salvia Divinorum, Herbal Highs, Legal Pills and Cannabis Seeds | The Coffeesh0p

About Us

As the Coffeesh0p enterprise continues to grow, we thought it was about time we introduced the team behind it all.

It's time to see the faces behind Synchronium, Barxy and Mrs_Synch!

John and JoSimon

John Clarke aka Synchronium

Firstly, there's Synchronium, the Boss man, known to his friends as John. He is the brains behind Coffeesh0p, and is responsible for coding everything. He started Coffeesh0p alone back in July 2006, as a hobby to pursue his interests in safer alternatives to illegal drugs and anything internet-related.

Back then, Coffeesh0p only sold Salvia extracts, which were synthesised by John himself. Ever since, the business has expanded, offering an ever increasing range of products.

Since then, he has constantly worked on the site, culminating in the release of Coffeesh0p V2 in August 2007, featuring a unique drag'n'drop shopping basket - John's pride and joy!

Simon Barks aka Barxy

The development of V2 is where Simon came in, using his skills in graphic design to create the fresh look you now see here at Coffeesh0p. He is currently getting more involved in the Coffeesh0p project, continuing to tweak the details of the site's image and researching new products to add to our range.

Jo Hall aka Mrs_Synch

And finally there's me, Jo. As you can probably tell from Mrs_Synch, I am John's girlfriend. I have a limited expertise in most things technology-related, so my biggest job is proof reading the site itself, as well as writing the odd news article and dealing with the shipping of orders. Recently, along with Simon, I started the new Coffeesh0p Group on Facebook. The Hash Brownie Recipe featured on the site came from yours truly, and I hope to expand the cookery section soon. Oh, and the most important part of my job is keeping these guys supplied with tea and Peanut Butter KitKat Chunkys. :)

We spend a great deal of our time together, both running Coffeesh0p and as friends. Our weekends are spent watching all sorts of TV and films; classics such as Fawlty Towers and A Bit of Fry and Laurie, new cult comedy hits like The Mighty Boosh and Monkeydust, and everything in between. We enjoy attending a number of the diverse events Birmingham has to offer, but our favourites places to go are The Custard Factory and Air in Digbeth; so if you ever see us out and about, feel free to come and say "Hi!"
