Wild Lettuce (Lactuca virosa) can induce a dreamy and relaxed feeling, and can be used as a substitute for opiates, which are not only incredibly addictive, but also dangerous and illegal.
It can be smoked in a joint, pipe or bong, or brewed into a tea. To brew the tea, soak 2-3 spoons of wild lettuce in half a litre of hot water for 15-20 minutes. Sieve and add honey to taste, and drink one to two glasses.
