How will my package arrive?
All of our orders are sent in plain packages with a return address but no company name on them - nothing that will indicate what's inside. Larger or more fragile orders may be shipped in a box.
How will I know you've received my order?
You'll get an emailed receipt shortly after placing the order. If you haven't received an email within 24 hours of payment please contact us and we'll track it down.
How quickly will my order be posted?
Orders placed before 4pm are shipped the same working day, and orders placed after 4pm will be shipped the next working day. If we're going to be closed for any reason (e.g. Christmas when we're shut for around 5 days) you will see a message at the checkout before you pay. This will let you know when we'll be back to post your order.
Will I need to be at home to receive my delivery?
If your order totalled over £50 or if you've selected a delivery option other than normal First Class post, your package will require a signature on delivery. Otherwise, you don't need to be at home unless it is too big to fit through your letterbox. If you're not at home and your presence is required, you'll get the standard red card through the door and will have to collect it from your local depot or arrange redlivery.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are sent via first class and usually take 1-3 days, although some larger orders can take up to 5 days.
Can I have my order sent by next day delivery?
Yes, but it'll cost a little more, and only if you order before 4 andget in touchfirst to arrange it.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We can accept payment through the site via Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and Solo/Switch. This is processed by our secure third party merchant Nochex. Otherwise, we can accept bank transfers, cheques and cash from within the UK. Do you offer a wholesale service?

What if I'm not happy with my order?
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, contact us and we'll give you a refund. If you receive the wrong item or something in your package has been damaged, please send it back to us - if you've got the original envelope pop it back in there and write 'Return to sender' on it, and if not we'll refund you for postage or give you goods to the same value, whichever you'd prefer.Contact Usto let us know what the problem is and we'll sort it out, whether that's replacing the item or refunding your payment.
My order hasn't arrived.
If it's been 7 working days and your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us and we'll look into where it's gone.
How much does shipping cost?
We have a number of shipping options available for you, that don't change no matter how much you order. Our cheapest option is £1.45, which should see your order delivered between 1-3 days.
Do you store my card details?
No. All payments are handled by our secure third party merchant Nochex. We never see your card details and they are not stored anywhere.
