really wet weed good thing/ bad thing

while walking my dog i found about i/4 pound of weed wraped for sale and apparently dumped out a car window goodthing/ i had been run over and looks like it was otside at least a day or two and  the bags broke open most got wet from early snow , badthing. can it be dried out or should i toss it and have a good story about what could have been

Hey,

If you have the paitience, why not give it a go? You could spend an afternoon with a warm oven. It doesn't have to cure, so it doesn't need drying properly, it was only wet from snow.

Could have found yourself a christmas treat!
