Minimising / Maximising The Basket
The basket is initially minimised once you enter the site. It can be maximised by clicking the icon, or by adding a product to it. When you navigate to a new page, the basket will remember if you asked it to maximise or minimise and display on the new page accordingly.
Adding Items To The Basket
Adding an item to the basket can be done in one of two ways:
- Clicking the "Add To Basket" button below each product. If a product is not currently in stock, this will be replaced with "
Out of Stock!"
- Clicking on the product's thumbnail or full size image and dragging it into the basket. Simply click on the image, and while holding the mouse button down, move your cursor into the basket. If the basket is minimised, it will now be maximised and your product should be displayed. If a product is not currently in stock, you will not be able to drag it.
Removing Items From The Basket
Items can be removed from the basket by clicking on the product image inside the basket and dragging it out of the basket. The image should disappear in a cloud of smoke and your basket updated. You can remove all of the products from your basket by clicking the "Clear Basket" button.
Scrolling
Once you have more than five items in the basket, you can scroll through the basket's contents with the left and right arrows. To see all of the products in your basket at once, click on the "View Basket" link at the top of the page.
Paying For Your Products
When you've added everything you wish to buy to your basket, you can pay for it by either clicking on the "Checkout" button in the basket or the link at the top of the page. This will allow you to review your order and input your details before being taken to an external third party merchant where your payment will be processed.
Troubleshooting
If you are using an older browser, the basket might not display properly. We ARE working on a fix for this, but in the mean time, please click the "Contact" link on the left hand side of the page and let us know. We'll be happy to complete your order via email.
If something weird or unexpected happens with the basket, such as images no longer being dragged properly, or the wrong price is displayed in the basket, try refreshing the page. If this does not solve the problem, again, let us know and we'll do our best to complete your order!
