- Goods can be returned to us via post to the address shown on the back of your package. If you no longer have the packaging, please email us and the return address will be provided. Unwanted items returned within 14 days of arrival will be refunded, minus postage costs, or replaced with the same or similar item of equivalent value. Unwanted items that come in their own packaging will need to arrive back here with their packaging undamaged to qualify for a refund. Broken items may not need to be returned, depending on the state of the item in question. Please contact us first and we will resolve the issue.
